In-Person Care Starting Date to be determined…

The exact date of the transition back inside will be dependent on the duration of the current surge.

Failure to comply with these safety protocols will result in curb-side care;

1. All clients and patients will remain in their car until a team member has instructed them to enter the building. Please call on arrival to check in, multiple businesses use our parking lot.

2. All clients will wear masks over their nose and mouth, for the entirety of their time in the building or conversing with our team outside. Vaccination status does not affect mask requirement. Please try to maintain social distancing if possible.

3. For the time being, only one person may be present during the exam.

4. We will preferably be checking clients out after their appointment either in their exam room or once you are back in your vehicle. Please do not linger in the reception area.

   -We try to prevent animals from coming in contact with one another as part of our Fear Free Protocols. This means that the next patient must wait until the reception area is free of animals prior to coming in for their appointment. Please help us keep the day moving by checking out in the room or in your car.

5. Please call/email ahead for medication and food refills. Since we are trying to prevent gathering in the reception area, please call ahead so we can place medications and food outside for pick up.

6. The refreshment area is open, but we ask that you use hand sanitizer prior to taking advantage of the available snacks and drinks.

7. Curb-side visits will remain available for anyone who is interested. We may offer to do quick technician visits as curb-side visits in patients who have done well with curb-side care in the past.

8. If you or anyone in contact with you is ill or has been diagnosed with COVID-19, please call the office and discuss options.
