Current COVID Protocols

We are dedicated to caring for our patients while taking additional steps to protect our employees and clients.

• Due to decreased infection rates and increased vaccination rates, we have elected to discontinue the mask requirement. However, if you or anyone in contact with you is ill or has been diagnosed with COVID-19 or other infectious respiratory diseases, please call the office and discuss options.

• We are more than happy to wear masks upon request, for anyone who would prefer to continue wearing masks. We have had lots of practice and you should never hesitate to request anything that makes you feel more safe/comfortable.

  • Curb-side visits will remain available for anyone who is interested. We may offer to do quick technician visits as curb-side visits in patients who have done well with curb-side care in the past.

• All clients and patients will remain in their car until a team member has instructed them to enter the building.

  • Please call on arrival to check in, multiple businesses use our parking lot.

  • We will also continue to preferably check clients out after their appointment either in the room or once you are back in your vehicle.

  • Please avoid lingering in the reception area.

  • This policy is a requirement of our Fear Free Certification and helps prevent negative patient interactions, reduces patient anxiety upon entrance into the building and at the scale, and allows us to bring patients directly to a prepared room without waiting in reception amongst other patients.

• Please call/email ahead for medication and food refills. Since we are trying to prevent gathering in the reception area, please call ahead so we can place medications and food outside for pick up.

• The refreshment area is open, but we ask that you use hand sanitizer prior to taking advantage of the available snacks and drinks.
