The Patient Portal allows clients to conveniently schedule appointments online. In order to set up your Patient Portal, please reach out to us by phone or email (ccvsgroton@gmail.com). We will get you set up with your login information and temporary password.

The available appointments shown on the Patient Portal do not reflect all available appointments. If your pet is having an urgent medical issue, or if the listed times do not work for your schedule, please call the office to schedule a time that works better for you.
